We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee financial operations related to payables and receivables. The successful candidate will ensure accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting while maintaining financial integrity through strong internal controls and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to financial planning and vendor/supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payable and Receivable Management Accounts:

• Process invoices, payments, and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes in alignment with company policies and standards.
• Monitor and manage the organization’s billing system for timely and accurate invoices and collections.

2. Procedure Development and Compliance:

• Develop and maintain robust accounts payable procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial and reporting requirements for awarded contracts and programs.

3. Reconciliation and Records Management:

• Reconcile processed transactions by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Maintain organized historical financial records for audit and reference purposes.
• Safeguard confidential financial information to protect the organization’s value.

4. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Track, report, and analyze budget project variances to support financial decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive month-end reports, including accounts receivable and payable summaries.

5. Performance Monitoring and Collaboration:

• Monitor financial program performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate financial operations and reporting.

6 Leadership and Oversight:

• Provide leadership and guidance to accounts payable and receivable staff.
• Maintain high performance and adherence to policies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Deltek Ajera accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

The Construction Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction inspection, quality assessment, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Perform quality assessments and identify any deviations from approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, deficiencies, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project quality.
• Review project documentation, including blueprints, contracts, and permits, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local construction regulations.
• Additional certifications in related fields (e.g., OSHA, ACI).

Role Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical and administrative support to the construction team, managing project documentation, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and codes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a proactive self-starter, setting a positive example for the team.
• Support the Resident Engineer and Engineer-in-Charge with project oversight.
• Assist with managing change orders in accordance with client guidelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily work reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with client representatives to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Maintain precise document control following client standards.
• Coordinate and track project correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute them.
• Assist with the analysis of specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work for payment processing.
• Assist with budget tracking and ensure office equipment is up to date.
• Work collaboratively with team members and perform other tasks as delegated by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of contract requirements, site conditions, and special provisions, including relevant standards and stipulations
• Familiarity with agency and company policies, procedures, and Infrastructure’s Standard Construction Operating Procedures (SCOPs).
• Excellent technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and extended hours, as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (required).
• 2-5 years of experience in office engineering is preferred.
• 5 years of construction inspection experience in bridge or roadway work is preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30 Construction Safety certification (desired).
